Yeah, topic pretty much says it all. I have a file that's stuck in queue and I can't delete it and sab wont download anything till it's gone.

HerE's the latest stuff from my log.

I did fix the octal notation error but it didn't change anything.

So far only way I can start my downloads again is to put the file in the back of the queue. But I still can't delete it.

Code: Select all

Case of queue corruption.
Possible cause is abnormal termination of SABnzbd (or a bug of course).
The easiest way to solve the problem is to erase the queue.
Start up SABnzbd with the command line parameter --clean.
(WindowsKey-R "c:\program files\SAbnzbd\SABnzbd.exe" --clean )

This will wipe out your complete queue and (unfortunately) also your history.
You may want to finish the queue first (except for the stuck item).

An alternative is to finish the queue as much as possible and then remove all
files with the extension ".nzo" and ".nzf" from the cache folder.
(Or all files, except the ones ending with ".sab").

I have the same problem, but on a Synology DS413j.

I have deleted all files in the incomplete folder, but the queue is still there, and the item that is blocking all other downloads will not disappear after restart of SABnzb.

Any tips?

That's simply not possible. Are you sure you have the right folder?
The proper way is: Stop SABnzbd, remove folder(s), Start SABnzbd.
