I just installed win7 on my laptop. However sabnzbd is downloading slower then my winxp pc. Both are running on the same network, and the same newsserver. My xp pc downloads with 800 kb/s while my win7 laptop wont go higher then 500kb/s. In the past when I was stil running xp on it. It did reach 800kb/s. The connection is fine because other sources and speedtests show that it can reach 800 kb/s. So that pretty much makes it a sabnzbd - windows 7 thing.
Hope someone knows a solution, because im planning on installing windows 7 on my pc. But wait for now since im afraid that will go and download slower then before aswell.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

What version of windows 7 are you using? I'm seeing no performance drop myself (using win7 professional 64bit)

the same you are, windows 7 professional 64 bit.
edit: damn it I found it... when configuring sabnzbd on first install I didnt increase the number of connections from 1 to 3. Didnt know about that.
