Stops downloading due to failed download and user script processing

I'm running 0.4.12 on XP.

I have several NZB's queued up but they don't seem to be downloading. The only thing I can think of is that, by looking at my history it says my most recent download failed, but for some reason it went ahead and tried to run the post processing script. I have downloads pause when running post processing scripts, but of course this script will not complete (never started?) because the download failed.

So now that I have some queued up NZBs, nothing seems to be downloading. I've tried restarting the server, and the machine itself to no avail. What can I do short of deleting everything in the cache directory? If that's my only option, is there a way to save off my current queue?

Don't know exactly what's wrong on your system.
There is the "Only post-process verified jobs", which will prevent the script from running on a bad download.
Restarting SABnzbd should resume downloading.
