Sorry if this has been asked before. I did some searching and couldn't really find anything. The software allows you to specify time between checking RSS feeds. Currently I have it set to check once per hour. I download TV shows with this, which are pretty much on a set schedule. I like to get the TV shows as soon as they're available, which is why I set the interval to 1 hour. I know that during the day though, checking every hour is pointless. Is there anyway to set it so that SABNZBD+ will only check at a specified time, like midnight? My HTPC is running this software and It'd be nice if I could let it sleep all day and then just wake up at midnight to check the feeds, instead of waking up every hour to check a feed that I know hasn't changed. Is there anyway to set something like this up?

Not currently.
The RSS schedule is designed in such a way that a random minute
is picked within the interval.
This is to spread out RSS queries over time so that servers do
not get massive hits at specific times (like whole and half hours).
I'll see if we can come up with a method like you ask.

We're not going to make it a scheduled task, because we do not
want people to be able to set ridiculous scanning intervals.
The current minimum is 15 min and I think that's already to frequent.

With release 0.6.0 you will be able to schedule the PAUSE_ALL event.
This will disable all downloading, folder scanning and RSS readouts.
Should be enough for your needs.

All I want (and I'm not alone in this) is that the RSS readout can be switched off, because it prevents hiberation of my NAS. Your suggestion is to disable downloading and folder scanning at the same time as well. That's no good - downloading has to continue even with RSS readout switched off.

Watched folder is on USBshare, so scanning doesn't wake up the NAS.  When I don't "use" the NAS, I want it to hibernate. I can wake up the NAS by starting a download - that's something I do on purpose. But now the RSS wakes up the NAS and I don't want that.

At the moment I adjusted the scheduled time to 1440 minutes (maximum value). So the Nas will wake up once a day. That's acceptable to me, but I would prefer switching off RSS separately.
