I totally agree; a scheduler for the speedlimiter would be a valuable addition to sabnzbd+, oh well, at least to me 

is it possible to limit the speed to a threshold instead of using a slowdown factor?
e.g. 1200 kB/s instead of 0.01

Really glad to see this implemented, but it would be so much more useful if the setting was available on the main page or in the main drop down menu.

Could be a drop down list in increments of 100kb/s or something similar?

Or at least add a toggle to the current limiter?

That way you could set your ideal speed limit and just toggle it on/off, rather than have to go in and change the value over and over.

We are looking at a user interface overhaul.
But for 0.4.0 you will have to live with the current messy interface.

First we want to get reliability as high as possible.
