SABnzdb won't start any more.

Version: (Ex: 0.4.12 Final and 0.5.0 b1)
OS: Windows XP SP3
Install-type: Windows Installer
Skin: Default, Plush
Firewall Software: Eset Smart Security
Are you using IPV6? no
Is the issue reproducible? for me anyway.
I have problem to start SABnzbd after I installed new 0.5.0 b1, it started just fine the first time I ran it, but I needed to restart my computer and after that it won't start!
It complains about the port being used, i used 8081 when it worked before the restart, but now it doesn't work, and I've tried several different ports as suggested, but it won't start whatever port I throw at it.
I uninstalled 0.5.0b1 and installed 0.4.12 again, and it started just fine at the first time, this time on 8080, after I did some changes and did the needed restart of the program it's the same there, says 8080 is in use, so I tried 8081 as I used before, didn't work, not any port I throw at it.
It's not runned in the background according to the task manager.
I also tried to disable my firewall and virus software, but that didn't help.
SABnzbd is allowed on any port in the firewall, as it always have and it worked flawless before this restart.
I can make it start with the SABnzb-console.exe (SABnzb Safe Mode) but that shouldn't be the way to go in the long run?
