Say each filter in a RSS feed has a settable cool down, I.e if the show comes on once a week don't allow this filter to match another show for 6 days or for almost every day shows 15hours or so, that way proper's or mis-post don't cause a 2nd download and if you want you can get the proper manually if you want.

Would probably need to be save in the history somehow.
