Is it possible to make an IMDB filtering option in SABNZBD+. That way you should be able to reject or accept movies by genre, rating etc.
This would be a great add-on to the existing SABNZBD+ because it would become so much better if you could filter on those things!!

To my knowledge IMDB doesn't have an official API for programs.
We will never implement something based on screen scraping.
If you can tell what the official way of extracting info from IMDB is, we might be interested.

You might want to check out http://flexget.com. It integrates nicely with SABnzbd and supports imdb filtering based on ratings, amount of votes, genres etc.
