Cannot Cap 10Gbit access

Dear all,
I am pretty new to Usenet so I require your help.
I have sab installed as a docker container on my home lab. I have a 10gbit access that is almost fully available (7/8 gbit generally). I write my downloads on an NVME disk for cache, then moved to another storage via Radarr.
Despite my many attempts with direct unpack, pause download during post-processing, connections, other providers, recevie threads (currently set at 4) I arrive at a maximum of 400/480MB/s on my download speed.
I run a test but it looks like the raw system should be able to perform better. I attach the screenshot
h t t p s ://ibb"DOT"co/bRvnc5XS
Also my config, stripped from confidential info
h t t p s ://tmpfiles"DOT"org/19635961/sabnzbd.ini
I don't say it is bad but i'd like to hit my bandwidth cap.
Any help?
Thanks!
