Hey All,
Any point in the right direction here would be greatly appreciated.

I replaced my mini PC recently which I use for usenet downloading. The old device is almost 10 years old and running Windows 10. The new one is higher spec and running Windows 11. The old one couldnt be upgraded to Windows 11 due to compatibility issues.

On the old device I get approx 45-50mb download speeds when using SABnzbd, I moved the config file to the new device and removed the old one from the network, plugged it in at the same network port with 1000mb/s connection and now I can only achieve 5.5mb/s speed when downloading via SABnzbd.

I have been through every setting and just cannot find anything that would throttle me to 5.5mb.

I have played around with the volume of connections and line speed settings etc, nothing will change the speed for the better.

Pystone on the the old device was circa 300,000 repeatedly, on this device it seems to be floating between 119,000 - 230,000 - Could this difference equate to 1/10th of the download speed?

Registered to +1 that I've also had this issue since my last update. I usually hover around 35 MB/s but my last few downloads are seemingly capped at 1.6 MB/s.
