Manually added "Default" NZB got categorized as "movies"

I have 2 Sonarr and 2 Radarr instances running (1 each for 1080p vs 4K).
My 1080p Radarr configuration for SABnzbd applies the category 'movies'
My 4K Radarr configuration for SABnzbd applies the category 'movies-4k'
In SABnzbd I have these categories defined, with the destination directory appropriate for each category I want: /downloads/Radarr-1080p/downloads and /downloads/Radarr-2160p/downloads
My SABnzbd "Watched" and "Completed Download Folder" configurations point to the same directory: /downloads/SABnzbd - separate from my Radarr ones.
I wanted to download another version of a movie manually, to double check its file properties before adding to Plex, so I grabbed the .nzb for it, and put it in my watched directory. It got picked up automatically by SABnzbd, but when it finished downloading/unpacking/repairing, it moved the resulting file to /downloads/Radarr-1080p/downloads instead of /downloads/SABnzbd. This had the unintended consequence of Radarr replacing my existing file with the new one, instead of me manually replacing it once I was happy with the file.
Why would a manually added NZB, placed in my watched directory wind up with the 'movies' category normally only applied by Radarr?
