Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.

I noticed that the Snap version seems to be up to date (4.5.5) ?
Just wanted to bring that to your attention and of course hope someone (who is able to do so) might update the Flatpak.
But it's really a big big pain to update due to the way the system works...
I understand why it works like that, but it makes it very difficult for maintainers of Python software specifically.
