SABNZB flashes, then closes. It is listed as a startup option in Task Manager, but I have to manually start it from start menu after boot to get it to stay active.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.

I would suggest a full uninstall and then reinstall.
