Sabnzbd Speed issues

I have been using a laptop to grab almost everything but decided to move everything back to my desktop as I expected the speeds to be better. While both speed tests and disk (drive) test show correct Sabnzbd is about 100 MB/s slower than normal. Typically on the laptop I was getting 270MB/s but on my just as powerful desktop seems to max at 170 MB/s but often hover around 130MB/s. Sabnzbd tests as though speeds should be higher (listed below). I even went as far as to move the config file for sab over to the other computer. Tried a bunch of brand new nzbs the test all give these lower speeds. Take the same ones back over to the laptop and 270 MB/s... I have no clue where to start as the in app performance test shows the correct bandwidth speeds and plenty of disk speed.

Samen newsservers, with same amount of connections per server, and same prio?

What speed do you get with the built-in 1GB test download? So:

In SABnzbd's upper right corner, click on the wrench symbol ("Status and interface options"), then click on first tab Status, click Test download 1GB. After downloading, in history, at the download in the drop down, what was the resulting speed?

Same config file was tried between the computers. Even used the exact same ethernet tried the same usb c adapter.

The speed test is what was mentioned in the above. Just have one windows laptop that gets 270 MB/s and one windows desktop gets 130-150 MB/s.

However I did end up loading a fresh copy of Win10 on the desktop and I did get the max speed...... so something is cooked in Windows. lol
