Astraweb missing GB's

A silly question but when i have downloaded a movie on my Laptop and then stream the movie to my TV tv why or should i say does the streaming to my tv reduce my Astraweb downloads.
I realise that the actual download reduces my downloads. The reason i am asking is i purchased 180GB from Astraweb on the 7th Feb 2025 and downloaded a couple of movies round 30GB and streamed them to my TV from my Laptop. when i logged in to Astraweb and checked my GB's i found i had only 50GB left.
I dont see how when i stream from my Laptop would affect my Download limit.
Sorry if its convoluted but its the best i can explain it.
