v4.4.1 Download Speeds

Hello, I was running v3.4.2 and for some reason it seems to have a problem communicating with usenetserver, Timeouts, etc... Figured I would update to v4.4.1. After upgrading to v4.4.1, that fixed the issues with the timeouts but for some reason I can only get about 800KB/s of download speed. v3.4.2 gets around 10MB/s which is right about what my VPN can handle. Same server, same VPN connection. The only difference is the version. Checked limiter, it's set for 30MB/s. Any ideas?

What if you turn off VPN

My firewall is setup to block anything not going over the VPN from that server. Speed tests report around 10MB/s throughput though over the VPN, as does v3.4.2. For whatever reason, v4.4.1 is much slower.

I had the 32bit version installed as it was on an older OS. I installed the 64bit version fresh on a different server and v4.4.1 works fine. Needed to get off that older server anyway.
