Rogue downloads and non-admin mode [Windows]

Hello! Long time user here but I have an issue that has stumped me for months now and I need to solve it!
I have two accounts on my Win10 PC - one admin (me) and one non-admin (wife). When my PC reboots, SABNZBd will start automatically. When it does, it loads without admin rights and I can tell the difference because the theme is dark. It will then process a queue (this queue is at least a year old) and will not delete the NZB files which basically creates and infinite loop and it downloads until my HDD is completely FULL (many TBs).
Once I shut it down, restart SABNZBd in admin mode, all is back to normal. I can process NZBs just fine, no rogue queue from last year.
I have searched and cannot find where this queue is located - I figured just deleting it manually as admin would fix this. I cannot find it.
I have uninstalled/reinstalled (just updated to 4.4.0).
Any ideas on how I can eliminate this old queue and/or solve the issue altogether? I created the shortcut to always run in admin mode but if I do not log on, then it will start in non-admin mode and that old queue will run.
