I use SAB "continuously" for all my nzb downloads and have not had any problems. Now it has simply stopped working. Not having tech skills, I uninstalled and reinstalled the current version as an attempted fix. The new install doesn't work either.

v 4.3.1
desktop PC
Chrome browser v 124
Windows 10

Can someone help, please?

Open Start menu and type Run.
Add this:
%userprofile%\AppData\Local\sabnzbd
In the folder that opens, find the Logs directory.
Check what's in the log at the end.

Thanks, safihre, for your interest and quick reply. I found the file you noted, but don't have the savvy to select what you need. If you can instruct me, I'll attach the whole file.

I don't see anything special in these logs.
Could you run SABnzbd-console.exe from the SABnzbd folder.
Does it close right away?
If not, could you copy and paste the contents of the window to me (by mail probably easiest).
