Hi all,
I am looking for some help please, since upgrading to version 4.2.1.0 I have an issue where after the download has completed and the processing starts, Sabnzbd crashes and the service stops.
Windows event logs show:-
“ Faulting application name: SABnzbd.exe, version: 4.2.1.0, time stamp: 0x65990f2e
Faulting module name: _winrt.pyd, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x64d7d637
Exception code: 0xc0000409
Fault offset: 0x000000000010b0bd
Faulting process id: 0xa6c
Faulting application start time: 0x01da5101e1bc8b92
Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\SABnzbd\SABnzbd.exe
Faulting module path: C:\Program Files\SABnzbd\toasts_winrt\_winrt.pyd
Report Id: fe3ef0c7-36f7-4d6a-ac5a-de58a9af3ddd
Faulting package full name:
Faulting package-relative application ID:”
I tried the install again but the same issue occurs, I have searched the forum for _winrt.pyd but could not find a similar issue or what may be my issue.
Has anyone had this issue or shall I revert back to a previous version?
I looked through the debug log but all looked good, all processed successfully.
Thank you
