Quick-start Wizard setup giving Errno 111 (and/or Authentication failed)

I'm installing SABnzbd on my synology system and trying to use the wizard for setup. I have a newsgroupdirect account, which I'm using to set up SABnzbd, but the "test server" function continues to time out. I'm positive my username and password are correct as I just signed into newsgroupdirect using them. For the host, I've tried both newgroupdirect .com and news.newsgroupdirect .com. (spaces added here since I'm not allowed to post links.) "newsgroupdirect" gives the Errno 111 (timed out). "news.newsgroupdirect" give Authentication failed, check username/password. I've also tried SSL checked and unchecked. Windows firewall and anti-virus are disabled. Synology firewall is also disabled. Do you guys have any advice for me? I'm a complete newb with all of this, so if you would please dumb it down for me, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Big, big difference between Errno 111 (versus Authentication faile.

Anyway: post a screenshot on https://imgtr.ee/ and post the URL here with spaces around the dots

Is "news" supposed to go before the host server? ie news.newsgroupdirect .com? (That's the reason for the different error codes.)

https://imgtr.ee/image/20231125-070520.IKR5mX ... authentication failed ... as username you have your full gmail address? Really? Are sure that is corrrect? I doubt that. Read the mail you from newsgroupdirect.

https://imgtr.ee/image/20231125-070459.IKR68U ... as newsserver you have the domain name ... which is incorrect for newsserver connection, and thus a timeout.

You should really better read the info you got from newsgroupdirect. This looks like trial-n-error.

FYI: you have posted your password on a public site. You have not posted your username, so no problem, but just reminder.
