Hello

I am on Sab ver 4.0.1 on windows 10. I have the binary newsreader service installed. The set up works but the service stops after a while and I have to restart it. I have also tried to see windows application logs but could not find any errors there as well.

please help sort this issue, this is screwing up my Radarr/Sonarr auto downloads a lot.

let me know what info is needed to analyse and how do i obtain that.

In the Status window enable Debug logging. Then after it happens again click Show Logging in the Status window and send the logs to me at safihre@sabnzbd.org
You can already check if it shows some kind of crash in the logs.

Hello Safihre

Thanks for responding, I have sent you the logs on the email. When service failed, FYI, I had to restart to get the UI interface working in order to get the log out.
