Using RSS To Support iOS Process

Hi,
My goal is to be able to use my iPhone to locate an NZB via NZBGeek, have it downloaded within a Dropbox folder so I can then watch the resulting video file.
I had thought the easiest way of achieving the main part of this would be to generate a Cart RSS link via NZBGeek then add that to my Feed URLs within SabNZB. I can then add any nzb to my NZBGeek "cart", which is then added to the RSS feed and Sab can then download however, while this sort of works, I can't find a way to have the download trigger be instant. If I setup the RSS Checking Interval the best I can do is to have it check every 15mins. I also tried using the Scheduling option and set that to be every 3 seconds but that didn't make any difference, i.e. there was still a significant delay to the download process, i.e. way more than 3 secs.
Any ideas on how I can better tackle this? Thanks
