Lost queue

Dear SABnzbd users
I am a newbie in the NZB universe, so I apologize for my possibly weird question!
SABnzb runs on the Windows 10 operating system.
Since yesterday I have a big problem: namely, almost all items were deleted from the queue (a few files are still there, strangely enough)! Also in the "incomplete" folder the lost items can't be found anymore. The function "Repair queue" did not bring anything....
I only did a disk cleanup, which might have caused the problem! I also reset Windows to a previous state, hoping to get the data. However without success! The "admin" and "logs" folders remained unchanged! In addition, Today I performed an update of SABnzbd version: 3.6.0.
To my annoyance, I also did not create a NZB backup (folder).....
Is there any way to somehow get to the files that were in the queue?
