Hi all

I'm VERY new to all this so I apologize in advance if I'm asking stupid questions.

I've configured Sab, Sonarr and Radarr and everything is mostly working perfectly, but on occasion I'm getting files that will download, be picked up and moved to the new location, but then Plex won't see the file.

I've found that if I then find the movie (for example) in its new location, then in the file properties remove any Titles or other properties that aren't required the file will then appear.

As this is happening with movies and TV I assumed maybe it's a setting I'm unaware of in Sab.

I had a search and couldn't find any similar issues.

Any help would be appreciated

Tried 3 files, 1 had an issues. 2 added no issies, looking at the log it may be a permissions issue, the "permissions for completed downloads" setting.
