2009-09-05 23:19:18,358 WARNING [downloader] Thread 1@us.news.astraweb.com:23: timed out
i first started on my mac is OS x 10.5.8 and i was able to download 2 large files.
after those files my mac wouldn't connect either so i thought i'd try my XP
my server config is:
HOST - us.news.astraweb.com
port - 23
username - -xxxxxx
pass - xxxxx
timeout - 20
connections - 15
im not using IPv6 (don't know what it is :/)
windows xp sp3 firewall
SABnzb version: 0.4.11
this issue happens all the time
I couldn't find out about the "no route to host" error but im assuming it can't connect to the server that has the file i want.
thanks a lot!

Re: first timer: "No route to host/timeout" error :D
Have you tried any of the other server hosts/ports?
This is likely more a connection or networking issue on your end, try
Start>Run,
type: CMD
type: ping us.news.astraweb.com
and see if you can ping the host.
Make sure to only tick "SSL" if you are using one of the secure servers.General Server:
news.astraweb.com
European Server:
eu.news.astraweb.com
US Server:
us.news.astraweb.com
Ports:
119, 23, 1818 or 8080
Secure Server:
ssl.astraweb.com Ports 443 or 563
ssl-eu.astraweb.com Ports 443 or 563 (European)
ssl-us.astraweb.com Ports 443 or 563 (US)
