SABnzb as a service [Windows]

Does anyone have newer instructions on how to install SABnzb as a service on Windows 10??? When I leave my SAB crashes a lot and i can not restart it when i am gone. Unless someone can help me with that i need instructions. All the instructions I have found were older. I can not even find a proper Windows Resource Kit download.
Help from anyone appreciated

A real crash?
If so: what does Windows' Event Viewer say? Search for sabnzbd

i dont think it is a real crash i thin k it just shuts down. I could not find an event but i did turn the computer off yesterday so could that have erased the event??
