My provider uses a new certificate, and i am not able to access the server anymore (with certificate).
I have the error-message:
Der Server [...] verwendet ein nicht vertrauenswürdiges Zertifikat [Zertifikat ist nicht gültig. Dies ist wahrscheinlich ein Serverproblem.] - Wiki: [........]
The news-provider told me i am the only one with this problem, and i should use a different reader.
I have tried to rebuild the certificate and the key but nothing helps.
Can you help me.
BR Jacky

I am not allowed to post links, but the provider is "news premium-news de"
I asked them and they installed SABnzbd on a Mac, and they say it works.

news.premium-news.de ... OMG!
The only newsprovider that offers TLS1 as highest level. See
https://www.appelboor.com/newsservers/n ... LS-OK.html . Bad.
And see
https://www.appelboor.com/cgi-bin/check ... um-news.de how bad their setup is.
I'm not going to spend time on them.

In Config > Servers (enable Advanced Settings) you can set Certificate verification to Disabled.
But this makes using SSL useless, as anyone could do a man-in-the-middle attack.
But really, you should contact them again that they use ancient SSL settings. It's not the reader.
Other readers like NZBGet will also deny this.

I already disabled the certificate.
I think i have to talk to them...this doesn't look good.
Thanks a lot for the fast answers.

If you really want to use news.premium-news.de (which I don't understand), just turn off SSL.
If you want SSL because of security, do not use news.premium-news.de because their 'security' is at 2000 level. So 20 years old.
