Slow downloads after switching from gigabit coax internet to gigabit fiber?

Hello there,
Thanks for helping. I have been using sabnzbd for several years, but recently switched internet providers. I moved from Xfinity to Ziply fiber. I didn't change my download speeds though. I just switched from one provider to the other. Both are/were 1000 down (gigabit) internet connections, however, after the switch, my download speeds are maxing around 15MB/s and I used to consistently get 80MB/s (for years prior, without any problems).
No configuration settings have changed in sabnzbd since my switch but my downloads seem to be capped or throttled to 15MB/s now :-/ I saw some older posts about this in the forum but didn't see any concrete solutions. I am wondering if anyone might know how to solve this as it's a bit of a bummer to have 5x slower download speeds.
Some notes...
- Speed tests on my internet show that I am getting full speed on the new fiber connection
- I use giganews with 50 connections and TLSv1.2 (AES256-GCM-SHA384) SSL
- System performance = 183066
- Download folder speed = 1800 MB/s
- Complete folder speed = 280 MB/s
- Internet Bandwidth = 19 MB/s (not sure why and wonder if this is the problem)
-I am using sabnzbd version 3.1.1 on Mac OS
I am not sure why sabnzbd thinks my internet bandwidth is 19-20 MB/s, I have gigabit speed and get speed tests back consistently (on different services) between 800 - 1000 down. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. It seems I may be throttled somehow by my ISP.
