Watched Folder is automatically deleted after Queue completes Windows

My system is running Windows Vista Business 64bit, and the problem appears with both SABnzbd+ 0.4.11 and 0.5.0Alpha5.
No other features appear to be malfunctioning, including auto-par unrar and delete. The program correctly detects NZBs added to the watched folder at the correct intervals, and it correctly downloads them to the correct folders with the correct categorization etc. I have successfully downloaded over 100 gigabytes using only the auto-detect queueing. The one and only problem is that my watched folder is simply deleted after a queue is completed. I can keep adding NZBs to the directory while the queue is being processed, and even if the folder is empty it does not disappear until the queue is 100% completed at which point it immediately goes poof.
I keep remaking the folder (naming it "Queue") for now and it works fine, but I don't know what would cause the problem. I have set my download and temp folder to the same directory, and the queue folder is located within this directory.
Please let me know if there is any more particular background info that would help with this, thanks!
