Post processing stopped working on latest update

I've been a Sabnzbd user for years. The program is one that I take for granted because it always just works. After the latest update, Sabnzbd has intermittently stopped unpacking files. I have tried changing the processing to +delete and that doesn't seem to help (has always been on default). I haven't turned on debugging yet, will do that now. But any suggestions of what I need to do or what happened? Thank you!

What version of SABnzbd are you using?
And how are your NZB's added? Sonarr etc?
Do you use a pre-queue script?

I'm running version 3.1.0
NZBs are added a variety of ways (sonnar, radarr, lidarr, manually) all have the same result (intermittently).
No pre-queue script.
I just downloaded a movie manually via a webpage, (manually selected an nzb and downloaded to my sabnzb watched folder). , sabnzbd picked it up downloaded it (I verified while downloading that it was set as +delete). When it was done, I could visually see "unpacking" 1-45 and then it said "completed". However, when I go to the download folder all the rar files are still there and no file has been unpacked. Didn't start until I updated about 2 weeks ago. Thank you!

Can you enable Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings Window.
Then in the same window, download the 100MB test-file.
Does it unpack correctly?
If not, send me the logs at
safihre@sabnzbd.org
And if it works correctly, let's download a real file and then if that fails also send me the logs.
