I recently downloaded the Windows Standalone binary (SABnzbd-3.0.1-win32-bin.zip) directly from the sabnzbd site. I then sent it up to VirusTotal which subsequently exploded:

9/60 detections:

I'm thinking (hoping) these are false positives but wanted to run it by the forum.

The build process is fully open source, nothing in there.
These are just general detections unfortunately.. We include a certificate file, already since years. But that triggers many virus scanners.

As a side note, why use the 32bit version and not the 64bit one?

I had a script that was scraping version updates from the sabnzbd site and downloading the 32bit file. I switched it to grab the 64bit version. Thanks for your feedback!
