Slow download are not fixed in the last Beta/RC
Since the first alpha up to this RC the download is still slower than with the last 2.9.0. I will have to stay with the 2.9.0 forever. I have report this first time here: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=24725 . I use the same option on both releases.

What if you run it with fresh settings and only 1 server? By using a new sabnzbd.ini for testing.
When you do that, could you enable +Debug logging and then share the logging?
It should mention something about 'Downloader-slowdown'.

I have teste with new ini but not help. 1 Server or more doesn't matter.
