Slow Download Speeds on New Server (verified by Test Download)

Old server: 2011 Mac Mini running Sabnzbd on OSX. Download folder = SSD, Completed folder = Spinner.
System Performance: 8021
Download folder speed: 186 MB/s
Complete folder speed: 25 MB/s
Test download speed: 20.4 MB/s

New Server: HP 290 running Sabzbd in a docker container, Download folder = NVME SSD, Completed folder = NVME SSD.
System Performance: 16,206
Download folder speed: 530 MB/s
Complete folder speed: 530 MB/s
Test download speed: 11.4 MB/s

Both are connected to gigabit fiber through a Unifi USG.

The HP's Pystone is 2X faster and Folder Speed is 4X faster than the Mac Mini yet the download speed on the HP is about half of the Mac Mini. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks!

Update: Increased number of connections on both server to 50 and now the Old server gets 60 MB/s and New server gets 30MB/s. Download speeds increased but Old server is still way faster.

A few remarks:

Your System Performances are very low. Do you run that test when SAB is idle? Please do so.
What processor is inside the HP 290? The SAB System Performance will also the the CPU type.
My cheap Intel(R) Celeron(R) J4105 reaches 94.000 (when SAB and the system is idle)

If you can a higher System Performance (at least 100.000), you should get a higher download speed, and you can proceed:
Could the docker (including it's NAT) be problem? Can you run SABnzbd on the OS directly?

Ya i think the lower system performance score must have been because the CPU wasn't idle. Ran it again and got 161,031. The CPU is a Intel Celeron G4900. No, i can't and wouldn't want to run Sabnzbd on the OS directly.
