HELP BY INSTALL / Cannot access the user profile.

GOODEVENING
i download the programm and install the programm but i ge the following message:
SABnzbd detected a fatal error:
Cannot access the user profile.
Please start with sabnzbd.ini file in another location
Program did not start!
Can someone help me

windows 10 en i download the programm and follol intructions from website

Use this installer:
https://github.com/sabnzbd/sabnzbd/rele ... -setup.exe
Then, start SABnzbd from Start menu.
A restart of Windows could also help.

Can you right click SABnzbd and click Run as Administrator?

i did it as administrator and get the same fault.
can you take over my computer and look for you self ?

We can't really help you from a distance! This is really a strange bug that is caused by some security on your system.
