Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

I keep getting an incomplete NZB warning and it continues to download the same file over and over. I have purged, rebooted, etc and the warning keeps coming back and it keeps downloading the same release over and over again.. argh.. help please. Thanks in advance!

Have you enabled a Watched folder in Config Folders? Please check.
On that page, also check if your NZB backup directory isn't by any chance the same directory or a sub directory of the Watched Folder.

hi, thanks for the response. yes, and it was empty. the backup directory was different. after downloading 5 more times, it finally quit.. I could never figure it out.
