Hello.

Is there a way to prioritize the next item to be processed after downloading?

For example, I've downloaded 50 items, I realize that the 50th to download is the one I need access to first, I'm able to move it to the top of the download list, but sab continues to post-download process the other items it downloaded prior to that one.

No, the queue is done first-in-first out.
There is an exception of the download was Direct Unpacked, those jobs will be processed first.
