How do you add your downloads? Manually or via apps like Sonarr/Radarr/Sickbeard?
Because these can override your settings when they add the NZB via the API. You can usually specify in those apps what the Post-processing should be.

Strange posts you are trying to download! You can enable Debug logging in the Status window and then after it happens again (let the download finish) send me the log at Safihre@sabnzbd.org (click Show Logging in the Status window). You can also read the log yourself a bit, it does mention how the files are added and the post processing set etc.
