I have SAB setup to open .nzbs, when i get one, download window opens but 2-3 seconds after the same nzb get put into queue paused. Why am i getting doubles when i clic on the file once ?

Because most likely you have setup a Watched Folder (Config > Folders), and this Watched Folder is either your browser's downloads-folder.
Or: it is the same folder as the .nzb Backup-Folder (also in Config > Folders).
