Hello,
I hope you can help me.
I have Sabnzbd 2.3.9 installed on my new notebook (Windows 10, 64 bit)
If I want to start it appears:

Fatal error:
Cannot acces the user profile.
Please start with sabnzbd.ini file in another location

I also tried to install directly under c:Sabnzbd.
Unfortunately it did not work.

The virus programm and firewall is disabled.
What should I do now?

Did you have SABnzbd installed before?
How did you install SABnzbd? Using the installer or the ZIP?

The notebook is bought new.
Meanwhile I tried the installation 5-6 times. Always with the same result as described above.
Everything works fine on my old notebook.
I have already tried both variants, installer and zip.
