Finished downloads being orphaned

This has been happening a lot lately. Downloads will finish, sit in the incomplete folder and never move.
SABNZBD queue says complete but then clicking the wrench will show it in the orphaned job queue.
Sonarr shows the 'Episode downloading' bar at 100.0%.
Clicking 'Retry Jobs' in the Ophaned Jobs queue removes them from the queue, spins for a minute and then puts them back in there.
Queue Repair does the same thing.

I'm on version 2.3.8, here's the log from my latest download:

The logs show nothing special at first glance. I would suggest the following to see what is going wrong: https://sabnzbd.org/wiki/faq#freshstart
Starting with very basic settings, we can include anything else.
Could also just be virusscanner not liking Sab anymore.
