Do you experience problems during downloading?
Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.
Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
I am a litle bit of a noob, so hopefully you can help me.
When my series and music download and extract the files are hidden to network devices. I can see and access them on my download pc , but when I try on my media players / other pcs, they are hidden. I have to go copy the file and paste it back in the folder for it to become hidden.
This is happening on some episodes but all of my music downloads.

So you do see the job-folder, just not the file?
I have the file extracting to one download folder. The file is there on that pc which downloads it, it is only hidden to connected pcs and media players. Once i copy the file i can then see the copied file.
