Do you experience problems during downloading?
Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings.
Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
I am running Sabnzbd on a Windows machine, all runs fine but randomly the sabnzbd.exe will close itself. All other services and programs such as the helper remain running. I checked the Sabnzbd and Windows logs to see if I can find a cause of this but so far found nothing.
Has anyone had this issue or is there a way to get more detailed logs to help troubleshoot what is going on at the time it closes down?
You run it as a service?
I think Windows is then probably killing it to preserve memory usage. You could reduce Article Cache to make sure it doesn't use too much.
Or maybe reduce the max-speed a little bit.

Hi,
I have sabnzbd and the helper running as services.
Whenever I have looked at the sabnzbd process it’s using very low resources and it closes down at times there is no download activity.
I will go through the Windows logs again to see if I have missed anything.
