Download size not matching

This may be a dumb question, but I'm kinda at a loss.
Lately, I've been noticing that when I add NZB files to sabnzbd, the size that sab shows is drastically smaller than what it should be.
For example, I had a file that should have been over 16GB. Downloaded the NZB, threw it into my watched folder and sab proceeded to download it. However, instead I if showing the correct file size, it showed as 100mb and while the download completed, there was actually nothing there.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

What makes you think it should be 16GB?
While in the download queue: if you click on the folder symbol behind the donwload... which contents do you see?
A common mistake is to have a NZB (from Binsearch, or an indexer) with only one rar, or only the par's
As a side action: what do you get with this reference NZB:

What makes me think it should be 16GB is usenet telling me that it is.
It's not just that file though. Just had another that was 2.9GB. When the file was downloaded as NZB, sab only saw it as 1mb. If I downloaded as a zipped file then extracted that, 2.9GB is what I got.
Though, it does only show as one rar behind the folder... Idk why this is constantly happening lately. If it's not that, it's the "RAR files failed to verify" message. Couple weeks ago everything was downloading fine.
The reference file you linked showed as 5.47 GB and sab shows it as 5603mb, so that appears to be fine.

Do you maybe have "Post process only verified jobs" turned off?
Seems your downloads are just missing parts, but it's not being detected as such.

It appears that the check box for that is selected.
