Hi, new user here...

I have used previous versions and been successful, yet after a brief time, I started getting an application error every time I tried to launch the program. Says, "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0150004). Click ok to close the application."

I also noticed I am unable to view the program 'properties' now when I right-click...

Any help would be appreciated.

What version is installed now? What is your Windows 10 build number?

I am using sabnzbd-2.3.4 (I have tried the installed and stand alone versions. This started with version 2.3.2)
Windows specifications are:
Edition – Windows 10 Home
Version – 1709
OS Build – 16299.431

I hear you, that's why I dumped Windows.

Sorry, I'm unable to assist with this. I've seen a few posts on the Internet about the same error code - maybe try this one: https://www.kapilarya.com/the-applicati ... windows-10

It sounds like a block by virusscanner. Maybe try without or by whitelisting SABnzbd?
