TV Show Downloader

Moved my fileserver back to windows, as had some issues with my Popcornhour.

Now I am back on windows (and tbh in a more familiar OS), I am looking for a TV Management application for my downloads.

Last time I looked into this episode butler was the application to use, but it's been a while, is there anything new available?

I still use EB. Can't beat it IMHO.
In fairness to the others, I've not tried anything else as EB ticks all the right boxes for me

there's a python script called smart downloader (http://forums.sabnzbd.org/index.php?topic=1786.0) which will do what you want.  with the added advantage that if it doesn't do exactly what you want you can change it quite easily.

if you use newsbin and SD seems too complicated, I have the script that spawned SD which you're welcome to (it's less functional but because of that easier to set up)

I have to agree EB is a really awesome app. It doesn't seem to be mentioned here alot for some reason, but it's .. kind of a dark horse I suppose.
If you don't need/want anything more than what EB does, it can't be beaten.

I used to use EB. Then I went to SSD. Then I moved back to EB and then to hellavcr and .. stuff.

Now I use  MediaRover though. After you set it up it's ridiculously awesome

Absolutely

I love that I don't have to worry about duplicates AT ALL now. Media Rover is  very consistent and stable

Seemed a bit complex to install media rover, so installed Episode Butler, and that's a doddle to use.

We will see if entourage is downloaded tonight
