SABnzbd Forums

Currently have 2.3.1 installed and running nearly perfectly for me---when trying to upgrade to 2.3.2 my PC says "Please close SABnxbd.exe" first when I'm trying to open the set up .exe file for the upgrade.

I'm sure this is something I'm not doing correctly--very dumb at all this. Any suggestions or a tutorial how to correctly and successfully upgrade to the newest version?

Open SABnzbd (for example by double clicking the tray icon), then in the interface in the top right corner in the menu select Shutdown SABnzbd.
After a few seconds it's shutdown and you can start the 2.3.2 installer

Ahh---its that simple then?
