2.3.0 Fails to unpack

Version: 2.3.0 [ba7d906]
OS: Windows Server 2012 R2
Install-type: Windows Installer running as service
Skin (if applicable): Glitter - Default
Firewall Software: None
Are you using IPV6? no
Is the issue reproducible? yes

I've been pulling my hair out for a couple of weeks now. Every nzb downloaded, if in RAR format, fails to unpack.
I've been using SAB for years and have never had an issue with it but it seems I've broke it.
I thought that I'd messed about with the config so re-installed but this hasn't changed.

Every report states:-
Unpack[yay(or whatever)] Unpacked 0 files/folders in 0 seconds
[yay(or whatever)] Unpacked 0 files/folders in 0 seconds

Looking at the Debug log, it appears to go through the motions twice to unpack but fails, however there is no error message.
These files unpack manually with no problems at all.

I can provide an example nzb and the relevant debug log if required.

Can you try 2.3.1Beta1, I think we fixed your issue there.
If that one also doesn't help, please enable Debug logging in the Status Window, get a download to fail and then send the log (click Show Logging in Status Window) to me at safihre@sabnzbd.org

Turns out that everything worked fine when not ran as a Windows-Service. The logs only show that Unrar is not giving any output at all, like it's blocked.
If anyone is also experiencing this, please let us know.
