Why am I not connecting?

I have a few items in my queue but they are not downloading. Sabnzbd shows zero connections, but there are no warning notifications. Is there any way to figure out why I am not connecting - ie is it a problem with sabnzbd, my login info for the servers (Astraweb), etc.? Thanks!

Isn't the queue paused?
Did you fill in your astraweb login info?
Did you specify at least 1 "connection" ?
Did you restart SABnzbd?

Is your computer connected to Internet?
Did you shuffle items in your queue by changing the queue order / number?
