Stopped both services. Installed upgrade 2.2.1 and tried to restart services. The helper service started but the SABnzbd service will not start. We uninstalled both services using DOS command prompts ran web versions fine. Reinstalled services with DOS prompt and again only the helper service will run.

Can you switch logging to +Debug? Then try to start it and look in the logs after starting it normally.
Are you sure you completly removed both the services before re-adding them?

I have tried 3 times. The SABnzdb service will not start. The helper installs and shows up in Task Manager as Stopped. SABnzbd does not show up upon install until you run the net start command. Then it shows up stopped and will not start. I have an image I want to attach but the system won't link it. By the way, I cannot find debug.

Start sabnzbd regularly (not as service, but with the same configuration file) and then you select Debug in the Status window.
Then in the same folder as your configuration file there will be a logs folder, in there you can find the logs.
Maybe there is already logs in there that tell you about errors that occur during the service starting?

I did not mention, the Services and the Browser were both working great before the upgrade. Now to the resolution, The log showed and error on SSL port 9090 and after changing it to 563 the Services both installed and are working fine. Thank you for your help.

Beware that 563 is a very common port for other software as well, consider using something higher like 9091.

Thank you for the suggestion and all the hard work you do to keep SABnzbd running. It is a lot of work to figure all this stuff out but it is sure worth it in the long run, especially when you are an expat living in another country.
