Cannot read rss_data.sab

Hi,
I'm running Sab from source on Raspbian Stretch, version listed is `2.3.0-develop [unknown]` (not sure if I post this here or in the Alpha/Beta board?)
Every time I restart Sab, I get the error `Cannot read rss_data.sab` I've had a bit of a google around on the forums and elsewhere but can't find a reason why it is happening.
I'm guessing that this is due to something in the config file but am unsure what is causing it to look for it. I have updated over the years and migrated from Windows to Raspbian but re-created my config file when I changed platforms.
Any help would be appreciated, it doesn't cause any issues that I can tell, just more of an annoyance that there is an error in the web interface.
Cheers.
Luke.
